纳米电极电化学:纳米电极制作和表征新方法;电极过程动力学;单分子、单细胞和单纳米颗粒化学;电化学现场调制针尖增强拉曼谱学。 扫描电化学显微镜(SECM):SECM新型工作模式及仪器研制;电极过程动力学;单细胞化学;组合电化学生物芯片;电化学微纳米加工。 约束刻蚀剂层技术(CELT):微纳米尺度三维复杂结构加工技术,宏观尺度微纳米精度(超光滑表面)加工技术;CELT加工装备研制。
